Broken bones
Has anyone had issues with healing of fractures??
The doctors aren't sure if it is related exactly to my cancer but I did have issues with a foot fracture healing incorrectly and then not stopping growing bone until my right foot was basically curled under itself. I had to end up getting bone cut out and lengthened! It is fixed now but who knows for how long it will last! You are not alone. Keep on keepin' on, DPM Thank you, I have a Jones fracture on my right foot! I broke it on Nov 21st and it's still not healed!! They are now talking about putting a pin in ot, so we will see!! I had read an article about blood cancer patients bones not healing well. Thanks for letting me know I'm not alone! Good luck and prayers that yours will be fine forever!!
