Do you have a routine for your medical appointments, whether local or out-of-town? Do you have something you always bring with you, either for comfort or to keep yourself busy?
Always bring my Ipad mini preloaded with a book or 2. Amazing how fast time passes when you are not looking at your watch. And a book can take you to places outside that waiting room ... Dennis(Blood-Cancer.com TEAM)

I have a rock that my grandson painted for me to remind me to be brave. 😀
Oh, yes. Most definitely as I don't have much for patience these days. And I'm finding it's getting worse the older I get .. 😂. So I keep myself busy with my tablet while I wait on my appointment. Ha ha ha...major distraction.
