Looking for tips to fight cancer fatigue

I have been dealing with refractory anemia since 2004. In the last year it has degraded into blood cancer. I have been thru Darbeprotein and debrozyl drugs to stimulate my bone marrow to make blood but they do not work so I am transfusion dependent now receiving transfusions every two weeks. On 8/10 I will be starting chemo treatments. I had my right kidney removed on 9/26 last year for stage 3 cancer and a Whipple procedure on my pancreas that removed the head of it due to a large cyst, not cancer, in an 11 hour surgery. Tomorrow I will see my kidney Dr. as my eGFR dropped to 15 last Thursday. I will be getting a port put in and starting dialysis next week. Soon I will have a fistula put in so I can do the dialysis at home but that will require 4-6 weeks to heal before it can be used. Fatigue is an everyday occurrence and I have lost over 40 pounds and do not have much of an appetite and food does not taste like it should so that only adds to the problem. I get light headed spells so I rest often and do chores in small doses and afternoon naps. I haven’t found anything yet that helps significantly with the fatigue.
