My life with NLPHL

I was originally diagnosed with nodular lymphocyte predominant Hodgkin’s lymphoma in 2022. I have never personally met anyone else who has this specific super rare type. I did six rounds of RCHOP through 2022, and achieved remission for almost 3 years before a pet scan showed relapse of disease. In April 2025, I received four rounds of rituximab immunotherapy, and achieved remission with that as well, but only for 2 1/2 months.

Having major side effects

A little over a year later I am now 30 years old with two kids and a wife, and just recently learned that being on the watch and wait, has caused my disease to progress tremendously. I have been having really bad G.I. issues, including daily nausea, unintentional, weight loss, major stomach pains that feel like I’m starving, major fatigue, and night sweats.

I have completely changed my diet and my lifestyle and nothing seems to work. My name is Adam Converse-Hull, please feel free to respond and reach out to me. I would love to gain more knowledge, insight, and perspective.
