Does Turmeric really help with joint pain
I really need to start a way to manage my joint pain. Hoping someone can tell me if Turmeric and such things really helps. I’m usually so positive about things but i just had to put my 9 1/2 month old puppy to sleep after being hit by a car. Its so hard for the past two days to keep going and just not be sad, heart broken and just devastated. I know i needed but i’m struggling.
This is something we get a lot and the answer is... it depends on you! I know, that isn't the answer you were looking for but the truth is that there isn't any peer-reviewed research on the subject as of yet. The thing I always say, though, when it comes to pain is that if something helps YOU, personally, and it isn't harmful and you check with the doc, then by all means, use it!
