Your Fitness Go-To...

Hope the year is starting well for you. Many people hop on the exercise bandwagon in the first part of the year. What is your favorite exercise?

For me, I enjoy jump rope (yep...jumping) and weight training.

  1. Weight training and and pushing sleds‼️🥰

    1. Swimming!

      1. Dog sitting gives me a lot of activity that I don't think I'd get otherwise. It takes the work out of work- out 😀

        1. I'm sure that is an aggressive work-out, indeed! 😀

      2. Functional fitness solid nutrition support.
