Absolutely! I have to use calendars and make lists and put reminders on my phone. It keeps me on target, but it's extra work. Thank you for sharing your experience.

I take C.B.D.oil to help me get moving. I try to clean at least one room a day so I can keep my house clean. And it helps when I need to go out to the store for food, at to the pet store to get food for my cat's and other stuff.

thanks for sharing! Trying to clean one room a day sounds like a good plan. When I was in treatment, I told myself I needed to complete one task per day. I could do more if I felt like it, but I pushed to do at least one. I'm happy for you that you're finding ways to manage.

Thanks for sharing! Have you had the lymphedema long? What kinds of things do you do to manage it? Someone once told me that bouncing on her mini trampoline helped more than anything. Wishing you the best! Angie (Team Member)
