It can be difficult to remember every single symptom or side effect one experiences, but it's so important to tell a doctor when they happen. What are some tips for patients to keep track of their symptoms and side effects, between doctors visits?

If you have your teams direct numbers, and things happen between visits, I'd say sending them a text and ask questions on your concern works. In no way should you wait lengthy periods to reach out on a urgent concern.

I have a notes section in my phone that I document everything I am experiencing in and relay it to my healthcare team.

I have kept a journal since I was diagnosed with cancer. Within it I write what procedures, labs and complications I've experienced. It's a great way to keep track of what happened and when.
