Anyone aware of possible link between CLL and AVN of hip?

I have had CLL for 5 years. I was treated for 18 months with Imbruvica. I requested to discontinue the drug due to severe bone and joint pain. Discontinuing Imbruvica helped me determine the specific cause of my pain, leading to a diagnosis of Avascular Necrosis of the femoral head in my right hip, which lead to a total hip replacement. Now, 15 months post surgery I am diagnosed with AVN in my left hip. I am scheduled for total hip replacement in five weeks.
My question is, does anyone know of a possible link between CLL and AVN, possibly also linked to Imbruvica? I have no other causal factors for AVN so I am searching for a possible cause and hopeful intervention to protect additional bones against AVN.
