CLL, Chemo Pills, and MRIs – Anyone Else?

My husband just turned 79 and has CLL. He is on chemo pills and they are controlling the CLL, but he does have some side effects. Now-urologist just called after he had an MRI. It showed 2 suspicious spots. So far, that’s all planned. There will be a biopsy.

Anyone else have this going on in your life?

Just heard from urologist & we are both scared and wonder what the future holds.

Thanks for listening.

@paul2mary I don’t have that exact situation, but I certainly know what it’s like to be waiting in the metaphorical unknown dark for test reults and such. Wondering what the future holds is a big part of cancer, but the truth is, all wean do is our best. We can’t change what’s to come, as harsh as that sounds that’s also sort of a relief. That was all you have to do is your best to get better. That, and remeber that we will always be here for whatever we can do! Keep on keepin’ on, DPM
