Travel Musts with Blood Cancer

For those that can tolerate travel or have no choice for one reason or another; let's talk about the obvious. There are indeed things to truly consider when traveling especially long flights.

Travel Checklist:
(For those in active treatment)
*Advise Your Doctor
*Pack Compression Socks
*Pack Medication
*Travel with Mask
*Emergency Numbers
*Prior Research on Local Hospitals (Just in case)
*Pre-Check and Bag Check

Can you think of any other tips?

  1. When I was in active treatment, I couldn't go anywhere without some moisturizer because my skin got very dry. I always felt that it was helping protect my skin by becoming a barrier for germs as well.

    1. Exactly, I totally agree!
