Hi , It is so good to hear that you attend weekly mental health therapy sessions! If you don't mind me asking, do you attend group, 1 on 1, or both? If both, do you prefer one over the other?
Netflix is a great destresser/fun activity for me as well. Sometimes a like to read a book, but I have always been a bigger fan of cinema. Do you have a favorite show to watch? I find time every morning for me. I listen to podcasts, exercise, and take care of making the special juices I need. The rest of the day I worked and took care of my daughter. Luckily, she's better now.
