Healthy, clean eating

Healthy eating…plant based, vegan, organic everything. Eat your blood type. You can google your blood type and it will tell you what foods are healthy for you to eat and what foods and beverages not to ingest. 7.0 and above alkaline water. Basically an alkaline diet. No acidic foods and beverages.

  1. ""Garbage In equals Garbage Out" in the field of statistics/research the same outcome often applies to what we put in our bodies. Our bodies knows what to do with natural food and what part needs x or y minerals and more. When a body encounters something unknown or artificial it can either expel it or push it to some corner for later. Over time all of the excess "stored stuff" in the corners just may cause issues that we call disease.

A health coach gave me that information several years ago - it made sense to me so I wanted to pass it on here. Dennis(Blood-Cancer.com TEAM)

    1. Cool idea with googling your blood type for an idea to your diet as a cancer patient. But...as a former Paramedic, and a leukemia patient, I respectfully Ned to comment on the alkaline water. I've questioned this very idea with my 2 oncologists, and UAMS hematologyists as to how safe it is to change your bodies pH level. They have all stated in order to safely change your pH level in your body, it must be done over time slowly and monitored with blood tests periodically. If you change your bodies pH level to quickly, it can cause many dangerous side effects to your vital organs. Especially the liver and kidneys. They stated to be very careful when you start changing the pH balance in your body. In all due respects, and best wishes, Shane. (Blood-cancer.com team member and Patient Leader)

      1. It's always a good idea to proceed with caution when using Google. Having a balance of transparency of other alternative methods and standards is a way for healthy conversation with your doctor. Wishing you the very best in the best methods to consider.
