Thanksgiving Praise

So the holidays are almost here, and quite frankly you may or may not be in the mood to celebrate. Putting any negative feelings aside, can you think of 1 win that you are thankful for this year?

Mine would be Still breathing 😀 and spending a great summer visiting friends and family- post-COVID.

  1. I’m thankful for not giving up and pushing past the resistance. I’ve had rocks thrown at me😞 and I still have my mama

    1. Keep going strong Amanda, push aside those pebbles and keep walking.

  2. I'm thankful for every day I wake up, and make it through each and every day in make it to bed each night in one piece.

    1. Exactly Shane...that part! 😀
      Best!

  3. I am thankful I was able to retire at the time of my MDS diagnosis. I am still active, but slower these days.

    1. I too was fortunate in being retired and not imagine the stress of going through cancer treatment and holding down a job at the same time … Dennis (Blood-Cancer.com TEAM)

    2. That is definitely something wonderful for which to be thankful! I understand being slower, but active. Same here, and I am not even retired! LOL! This body of mine just won't let me do what I used to do. Keep going, my dear! (((hugs)))

  4. I have a whole new appreciation of what it really means to live life fully every day… Dennis

    1. I have as well. I lost a lot of loved ones this year. The hardest was my father-in-law-to-be, the week my wedding was scheduled! When I was diagnosed, my mantra became, "Live, Laugh, Love!" This made me view and experience that in a new way.
