Remission with NHL/CLL

Was diagnosed with NHL was clear for 8 years. Felt sick, went ER. They did a CT scan, I had a feeling before the Dr. came back. I told Dr. before she said a word. I said my cancer came back, didn't it? She said yes.

Went to my oncologist the next day, he sent me to Cleveland Clinic to start the process of a stem cell transplant, my test came back as CLL. So I just had to have chemo again, and not the transplant yet. I've been cancer free now almost 18 years from my CLL and 23 years from my NHL. I'm so grateful to be in remission.
