I would have to say having access to things that are not necessarily a true talking point when diagnosed. The questions or plan of action consists of what treatment you're being put on. I had to find and seek a multitude of areas such as nutritionist, social worker, other specialists that were needed with the care at that time. Many areas are not fully covered and that can be frustrating as not everyone asks certain questions and just follow the course of action, but there's a whole step process, and you just hope that everyone can be on the same page. As mentioned with other moderators the care of cost is never truly mentioned, it's more of what insurance you have and if it's covered- cool, but when you get hidden costs that the insurance doesn't cover for monthly medications, well that adds up.
