Which lifestyle change has had the most positive impact on managing your blood cancer?

  1. Great question I hope others will reply.

    The 3 listed above were key for me and I embraced them fully. Additionally, I made it a nightly practice to write down 1 or 2 good things that happened to me that day. From something as simple as just getting up in the AM to watching some kids playing outside.

    At the end of the week rereading that cumulative list of plusses helped keep my spirits up. At month end the positive notes always won out over the negatives. If you are feeling down why not try it for a few days - you may be surprised. Dennis (Blood-Cancer.com TEAM)

    1. Talking to others with blood cancer, the ability to talk to others who are in the same boat as me. No explaining is necessary, once you share, you feel understood. Even if you are in remission, the side effects continue to haunt you. It is exhausting!

      1. I agree with you on reaching out to others who are on this journey or connecting those who have walked the path ahead of you. And unless you have been there others can't understand the toll it takes emotionally and physically.
