I’m most thankful for God, my parents, and my dogs. It’s been a rough year in a half and I appreciate my support system even though my dad isn’t physically here anymore I still feel his support 💜

Any time you are on treatment it can be a rough go for a few days - been there and hear you --- also glad to hear things are improving - Dennis(Blood-Cancer.com TEAM)

Happy to hear that the process is improving. It can be hard to add a positive perspective but it really depends on an outlook of how you move about day-to-day. Wishing you the very best! 😀

When treatment takes their effect on me, and they do, I rest (nap)- practice mindfulness to help me get through. I pray often, my conditions will improve. Plus now I have accepted my new normal on physical abilities -knowing now to do some activity -biking -few holes of golf is better than doing none.

I truly believe some form of light to moderate physical activity helps tremendously. Best!
