New Year New Perspectives

Have you thought about how you want this new year to start off and end? My biggest thing is hoping and doing to make sure my health and my family are intact. Some things are out of my control, but making those vital doctor appointments and trying to catch whatever is brewing or not is my goal.

What about you?

  1. Great question ... I so agree on keeping family and health intact. I would add to that its so important to keep my head and emotions on an even keel and not get sidetracked ... which is so easy to do

The MD's and their office teams will remind me when to go in. So for now that is off the table for a while. Dennis

    1. Yes, that's always the best route to go- a doctor who is connected. The number concept doesn't work and when there are better choices why put up with that? Best!

    2. Agreed! So true!

  2. This new year I have some home repairs to take care of. When its all done it'll be better than ever. Keeping busy with projects seems to be really helpful for me. Go at my own pace and enjoying the results.

    1. Awesome Maria! Yes, I have a few home repairs to start more so in the early Spring, and yes pace yourself. Be safe be well!

    2. Always projects around the home - we have been in the process of doing an ongoing clean out. It is amazing how much stuff you accumulate over the years and when you stop and think about it is it a keeper or time to share 😀

  3. I want to live in complete purpose God willing ๐Ÿ™๐ŸพLive a legacy of crazy faith, complete the baby steps of Dave Ramsey, keep my health & emotional health great, meet my divine guy just for me ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿพ, buy a house for my mom & I and live the blessed life (Pastor Robert Morris) #Crazyfaith ๐Ÿงกโš“๏ธ

    1. Iโ€™ve started๐Ÿ’œIโ€™m enjoying the process. Itโ€™s definitely not easy but worth it! โ€œIf you live like no one else, later you can live like no one else.โ€ ~ Dave Ramsey

    2. YUP ... and so true

  4. Having had recent laproscopic cholecystectomy surgery, I vow to pay more attention to nutritional labels on the foods I am choosing to eat.

    1. I hope you're mending well. I think it's great you're moving ahead to be mindful of those labels in what your eating. If you hit roadblocks also ask your doctor to get you in touch with a registered dietician to help along the process as well. Wishing you the very best!
