As the New Year approached I thought it very beneficial to start again with mindfulness techniques. Mindfulness Mediation simply put is a tool to use to help reduce chronic pain, and relieve stress. I've used this technique in the past and felt with the money I paid in learning the concept and skills why not continue with it?
I start my morning (before the hectic begins):
*No Television
*Sitting on floor leg crisis -crossed
*Eyes closed
*Intuned to the sounds around me
*Center on my body and breathing
*Manifesting a positive day, while working through, if any, pain or negative energy.
The process literally takes a few minutes and it's been just that mindful of what is...and I love it!
