Do you think prevention of blood cancer is possible?

If you could tell your loved ones something to prevent them from being diagnosed with a blood cancer, what would it be?

  1. The best advice I can offer is ... Live a healthy life style, don't smoke or consume adult beverages, be careful when handling chemicals, shop the outer perimeter of supermarkets (where the natural foods are found). And finally, get a lot of fresh air and exercise. Now the question is -- "Will anyone one pay attention?" Dennis(Blood-Cancer.com TEAM

    1. I agree with all of this, and I would add to watch what you consume mentally through television and conversation. Thanks for your input

  2. Blood cancer is so unique as there are no clear callouts as to how, what, and where; However, it has been suggested environment may be a component, so in that case, it may be hard to move around the environment. I would say as Dennis mentioned to live healthy or as healthy as can be. I would also say making sure you visit your doctor once a year for basic check-ups and blood work is a huge key because if something is brewing then the thought to catch it early is a good thing.

    1. I agree about the environmental components. I'm currently doing a detox of environmental toxins in hopes of preventing a relapse and for health in general. It's truly impossible to avoid toxins all together. It's just another instance of doing the best we can, right ? Thanks so much for your input.
