Staying Active Helps Recovery

Today is THE DAY! We all get in shape! Who is joining me?!?! I've been an athlete all my life and your Panda is not afraid to put some work in on physical activity! I was even very active during active treatment, but when I was too tired or weak, I did listen to my body and rested.

Physical activity helped with my cancer recovery

I will say staying active during treatment really did help A WHOLE LOT with my blood cancer recovery. Lately, I have been so busy with life and this really heavy monkey called fatigue uuugggghhhh; that it's been a challenge to do my workouts consistently.

So today is the day! I have made up my mind, no matter what, to do 30 minutes to an hour of exercise in a day. Let's start today! it does not matter how old you are, choose an exercise activity you really like or love and join my team! Sweat on, or for my ladies, glisten sparkles - lol! You and I are about to go on a journey to gain more confidence in our bodies and grab hold of a better-us-then-yesterday each day.
