Hello, My Name is Vinnie Cent

Hi! I’m Vincent Goodwin, aka Vinnie Cent. I am a childhood cancer survivor and advocate for Blood-Cancer.com. I was diagnosed with AML at age 15 and am now celebrating 30 years of life. Over the years, I’ve learned much more about my disease than I knew while I was going through it.

Back then, I knew I had cancer, but I didn’t understand much more than it required me to go through this treatment and that treatment. As I’ve grown, I started to research and talk more about my blood cancer and have gained a better understanding of the disease that I faced as a teenager. I look forward to connecting with you here on this platform!

It’s always good to know as much as you can about your illness. Congratulations on hitting the 15 year mark!

Thanks @annharper! Sorry for being so late to respond. Am just getting back into the game here. I will think about what I have learned and will write about it, deal? 🙂
