Caregiving for My Spouse with Myelodysplastic Syndrome

My spouse has Myelodysplastic syndrome. His white blood count is 3.4. He was advised by his oncologist to take the covid vaccine, yet he was hospitalized for 12 days with covid, double pneumonia & etc. He chose the vitamin regimen with antibiotics. He quarantined for 25 days & he's unsure whether to take the shot or not. Not enough research yet & with his many illnesses, stroke, aorta dissection, kidney C, one kidney removed 10 yrs ago. Where do we go from here?
