   <p><inline-mention username="GSreb" user-id="4675150"/> I look at life this way. We lose every time we argue with reality because it does not change ... nor will it change ... it is simply there. In the end we frustrate ourselves if we think we can change it. Reality for example is trying to teach a cat to bark like a dog. It is not going to happen. That is reality cats meow. <br/><br/><br/>Now consider point 2 ... No matter how much or long we try, we cannot change how other people act or interact with us. In short that is the reality of other peoples business. <br/><br/><br/>In the end (If we are honest with ourselves) we are left with our own reality. We can choose to embrace it and eliminate stress OR we can choose to frustrate ourselves by trying to change that over which we have no control. <br/><br/><br/>So great your are focusing on exercise and healthy eating and not focusing on replaying the negative stories that often come to mind when facing blood cancer &#128512; Dennis (Blood-Cancer.com TEAM)</p>
