Wins and Interruptions

You never know... sometimes it flows the way it's supposed to and other times, there are a few hiccups between the stops. What was 1 win towards your health in 2023, and what was 1 hiccup? How did you recover from it?

  1. What a great question I had a lot of hiccups this year. I Would say one win is writing stuff down and making it plain. At writing goals started making the wheels turn.

    1. Awesome, it's all about planning and making a start. Keep at it and as always wishing you the very best!

  2. I actually had a pretty decent year for 2023. Other than getting old, and legs not wanting to work as good, over all, pretty decent year. I have a walker finally, but pride say nope...not using it yet. My cane works better...and sexier...than that walker..lol. im at the age of being a "sexy senior citizen" now...😆.

    1. I find it useful to narrow things down to ... (the one thing) when I look at challenges. The one win - was a to keep narrow focus on the here and now. The one hiccup was losing that focus and letting my mind drift . The cure ... Catching myself In the act and asking why. Dennis(Blood-Cancer.com TEAM)

      1. It's a start by you recognizing this so that right there is an "A" for effort and recognition! Keep at it, Dennis! Best
