The ONE Thing

We all make resolutions like not eating sweets or I want to lose a few pounds etc. When you sort out all of the many things we want to change or do in your life it is easy to get so distracted.

Here is the question and its not easy answered especially if you take it seriously

What is the ONE thing in your life that you either want to accomplish or the ONE thing you want to change

  1. Not knowing what future will be re cll. My ONE thing is to excercise as regularly as can and complete tri's again. Will not shoot for times, rather ability to fully complete. It's all about 'accomplishment'! That is my goal 🦸🚴🏃

    1. SSS Oops!

    2. lol

  2. The power of discovering the ONE thing is ... IT becomes a game plan upon which all other things can flow. I found it was easy to focus on a bunch of goals and in the end ... few are done well. Once you drill down and find the one thing that defines you - everything else falls into place and supports all of your efforts.

Congratulations on finding the ONE thing🎉 All the best as you move forward ... Dennis (Blood-Cancer.com TEAM)

    1. I want to stop my overthinking. My overthinking has definitely got the best of me at times. I am not sure how I’m going do this maybe some of you guys have suggestions? I know that my overthinking stems/roots from being diagnosed with dyslexia. I have always had to work harder than others a lot harder than others my whole life. Even at my workplace people notice it and I try to cover it up so that people don’t make fun of me or embarrass me. If you guys ever wonder why I have not written an article now you know why (full transparency😬) I will say that I’m very creative and I have focused on my strong points to help with my weak points. 💜🐼

      1. Oh no not at all. My one thing for this year is to be more financially free.

      2. me too! 🙋🏾‍♀️ 🎯 💯

    2. I think you will be amazed at the power of focusing on what comes naturally ( those God given gifts that you do not think about you just do it and enjoy vs things we learn like skills -
