A Cancer Survivor’s Q&A With Her Mom

I am so grateful to be this lady’s daughter and to learn from her each other every day. Our struggles and happiness have made us the good-hearted humans that we are today and I wouldn’t trade them for anything. I thank her for being my partner-in-shine and for always teaching me how to look at the good and be grateful for what I have. I owe much of my resilience to her and hope to share what makes her and I thrive through whatever life throws at us. I tried to ask her out of the box questions that we don’t normally think to ask the parents of someone going through treatment. It’s important to remember that when one person in a family is diagnosed with cancer, the entire family is diagnosed with it!

I’m hoping to do a series of Q&A with many of the people that were in my life through treatment… what other questions should I ask? Let me know in the comments.
