Navigating Diagnosis
I always say that one of the most stressful times through my experience with cancer was leading up to treatment. Navigating a world I knew nothing about as I was poked and prodded to determine the stage and diagnosis of cancer brought up such a fear of the unknown. The best lesson I learned through treatment was to focus on what I can control and take it day by day.
