American Cancer Society Resources
Getting to speak with someone from the American Cancer Society (ACS) is pretty exciting and today I got to do just that. Ampy Rougeau is the Managing Director for the Mission Program Management and oversight of the ACS patient programs. Ampy told me about some of the fabulous programs ACS has, so watch below to learn what the ACS has to offer someone living with blood cancer.
Ampy also wanted me to include information about the Tender Loving Care (TLC) program. We all know how cancer treatments can affect or alter our appearance. The TLC program offers a variety of affordable wigs, hats, and scarves, as well as a full range of mastectomy products.
I am including the link below to find out more about this as well as share the American Cancer Society’s phone number and a couple of other helpful links.
