Too Young
My name is Stephanie. I was diagnosed with multiple myeloma. I received my first chemo infusion on my 43 birthday. Then, 10 days later, my Grandpa died. He was/is my heart.
I have been told that my transplant is off the table. The chemo meds I was on put me into heart failure. It is somewhat bleak news.
I have two teenage girls. One in college and one in high school. My husband lost his job about a year ago, so I am the sole provider for my home.
I know I am leaving a lot out, but it would take a long time and a lot of ice cream to get through my entire story.
