Multiple Myeloma

I'm 58 yrs old and 2 yrs ago I was diagnosed with multiple myeloma and stage 4 CKD. Since then I had stem cell transplant and I am in remission for over a year. My issues are that I'm still physically, mentally, and emotionally concerned. I'm in pain in my hands and continue to go to therapy. I am not sure if I will ever be able to go back to work, I get lost with suggestions.
