Some Things I Can No Longer Do

I didn’t think of it as an excuse, it’s my new reality. I’m grateful for 10yrs in remission of Stage 4 Hodgkin Lymphoma. There are just some things I can no longer do. Like climbing the stairs or long walks, let alone running and jogging. People say oh you can do it, but the reality is, I really can’t.

I’m 53 and can’t exercise like a normal 53 yr old because my lungs were damaged from the type of chemo I had. I’m happy to be alive and able to still do many wonderful things. Some stuff a C survivor may not be able to do.
