Status of CBD for Cancer Patients in South Dakota

I have had many discussions about CBD legality for cancer patients in various support groups. To help help cancer patients in SD understand the legality of CBD in this state, I did the follow post on my cancer blog today: Status of cannabidiol for cancer patients in SD

  1. Hey , thanks for sharing this article from your blog - very informative! It is certainly important to be aware of the laws in your state when it comes to medical marijuana and CBD. I have heard from people in our community on Facebook, and a few here, who have talked about the benefits they have experienced with using CBD. Someone recently posted a question about it in our Q&A section. Feel free to jump in the conversation here: https://blood-cancer.com/q-and-a/cbd-oil/. Thanks again for sharing and being a part of the community. Sending positive vibes, Anthony (Team Member)

    1. I tried CBD oil and I didn't like it, but I know it's so helpful to many.

      1. My mother is at the last stages of cancer, liver cancer. We have a MMC and we do not hesitate giving her grandaddy purple feminized marijuana seeds when the pain goes beyond tolerance, which is mostly the case with her. I don’t think it is any good to make her unnecessarily tolerate pain, when we know that she is already on the last stage and would not recover.

        1. Hi ! Thank you so much for your comment. Reading this post brings back so many thoughts and feeling! Being a caregiver for a parent that is in the late stages of liver cancer has many challenges. I, too, can relate to having to make these decisions with my uncle, who was in the late stages of stomach cancer. Alleviating the pain as much as possible for your mother definitely should take precedence. Make sure to also consider the laws in your state when it comes to medical marijuana and CBD. I am sending you a private message, as well! -Lawrence (Team Member)
