David's Story

My son's name is David, I call him D. He just turned 6 on August 25th. He was diagnosed with Leukemia (ALL) on April 2nd, 2019. He has a loving heart and is such a goofball.

He missed over a quarter of the school year last year and still passed, going into 1st grade now. He is always finding ways to smile and make the people in his life smile with him. He has a major obsession with LEGOS and he loves to watch Pokemon on Netflix.

He loves to read about Dinosaurs and wants to go into a volcano one day. He has such a positive outlook on everything and inspires me to do the same. He currently has lost his hair and hasn't taken that very well, he misses his blonde curls.

He prays every night for the Doctors and Nurses to help make him better and hopes that no one else gets this awful disease.

Thank you for reading my son's story.

Love,
Christin aka Mommy
