I believe is a huge negative contributor to your condition. Whenever I start to feel stressed, I take at least 3 deep breaths and I let them out slowly. Additionally, I will take a walk or, in some cases, I will put the stress into perspective by thinking – what is the worst that will happen? Sometimes we can see that because of all the stress we are experiencing. Think positive and go to ‘go to’ fixes for stressful experiences.

Yes, stress definitely triggers when other things in our lives are out of order. The human mind and body are remarkable and delicate. Best!

Stress is probably the biggest trigger ofboth my RA and, lately, the symptoms of cancer. I was also going through a divorce when I was diagnosed with lymphoma so go figure. I won’t say it caused it, but I”m sure it played a part. DPM
