Practicing Mindfulness

When I was originally diagnosed with lymphoma, I knew that if I was going to overcome this adversity I had to do it with mindfulness. It was not the easiest practice and sometimes I felt like giving up, but to be present and in the moment aided me in the unnecessary stress of what I couldn’t control. A main part of why I share my story is so that I can share the small techniques that I believe made a world of a difference. I hope this video supports and encourages you to practice mindfulness through any adversity you face.
